I, Keith V Anderson (IP No 006885), Insolvency Practitioner, of mlm Solutions, give notice that I was appointed Interim Liquidator of T Graham & Son (Builders) Limited on 18 June 2018, by Interlocutor of the Sheriff at Dumfries Sheriff Court. Notice is also given that the First Meeting of Creditors of the Companywill be held at 3rd Floor, 125 Princes Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AD, on 11 July 2018, at 11.00 am, for the purposes of choosing a Liquidator and determining whether to establish a Liquidation Committee. Creditors whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to attend and vote in person or by proxy providing that their claims and proxies have been submitted and accepted at the Meeting or lodged beforehand at the above address. A Resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it.
