Notice is hereby given that on 1 June 2018 a Petition was presented to Dumfries Sheriff Court by T Graham & Son (Builders) Limited, craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that T Graham & Son (Builders) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC077382) and having its registered office at 41a Henry Street, Langholm, Dumfriesshire, DG13 0AR, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff Jamieson, by Interlocutor dated 1 June 2018, meantime appointed Keith Veitch Anderson, Insolvency Practitioner of MLM Solutions, Forsyth House, 93 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES to be provisional liquidator of the said company with all the usual powers necessary for the preservation of the assets of the company and in particular the powers contained in parts II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumfries within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
