A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Unit 8 Sadler Road, Lincoln LN6 3RG presented on the 12th September 2019 by YARDBOURNE LIMITED T/A POWERED ACCESS SERVICES whose Registered Office is at Unit 2, Torridge Close, Telford Way Industrial Estate, Northampton NN16 8PY claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 12th day of November 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 11th November 2019.
