At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL, on 5 October 2021 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Yasmin Bhikha (IP No. 19972) and John Lowe (IP No. 009513) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
