At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at The Pheasant, Ballinger, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, HP16 9LF on 14 January 2022 at 3.45 pm, the following resolutions were passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
