At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Unit 1 3 Prestwood Place East Pimbo, Skelmersdale, Lancashire, WN8 9QE on 7 April 2021 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Benny Woolrych (IP No. 10550) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the liquidators be done by both or either of them."
