NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at 68 Lombard Street EC3V 9LJ at 3.30pm on 16 March 2017 for the purposes provided for in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AY not later than 12.00 noon on 15 March 2017 . The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to 0131 467 5667.

The resolutions at the meeting of creditors may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company's creditors will be available for inspection free of charge, at the offices of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AY, during the two business days immediately preceding the date of the meeting.
