A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Synergy Asset Management Limited (10417236) of Suite 1, 64 Woodhall Lane, Stanningley, Pudsey LS28 5NY, whose nature of business is 45320 - Retail trade of motor vehicle parts and accessories, 46711 - Wholesale of petroleum and petroleum products, 46720 - Wholesale of metals and metal ores, presented on Friday 30 July 2021, at 00:00 by CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL, of 2nd Floor Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 08 February 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
