NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that: At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB, on 18 November 2020, at 10:30 AM the following special resolution was duly passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

The Company also passed the following ordinary resolutions:
