Take notice that the Liquidator of the above named Company intends to make an interim distribution to creditors. Creditors, with claims in excess of ÂŁ1,000, of the above company are required to send in their name, address, and particulars of their claim to the Liquidator at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB, by 28 February 2019. Any creditor who does not prove their debt by that date may be excluded from the dividend. It is the intention of the Liquidator that the distribution will be made within two months of the last date for proving claims, given above.
