Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened at Kentle Wood House, Browns Road, Daventry, NN11 4NS on 12 August 2019 the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Boughey (IP No. 9611) and Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Hartwell House, 55-61 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
