Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on 3 April 2019, the above named company was placed in members' (solvent) voluntary liquidation and Nicholas James Timpson (IP Number 20610) and Mark Jeremy Orton (IP Number 8846) of KPMG, 15 Canada Square, London E14 5GL, United Kingdom are appointed as Joint Liquidators.

The Liquidators give notice that the creditors of the above-named company, are required, on or before 24 May 2019 to submit full details of their claims and their names and addresses to the Liquidators of the said company, at the above address, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidators, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Please note that the above company is solvent, has paid or will pay all creditors in full and is no longer trading.
