At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held on 11 March 2019 at 11.00 am the subjoined Special Resolution was passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) and Mark Sands (IP No. 9111) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company on 11 March 2019 for the purposes of such winding up."
