Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 85(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) that the following resolutions were passed on 8 May 2018, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Melanie Reevel Giles (IP No. 8781) of PJG Recovery (GB) Limited, 11 Coopers Yard, Curran Road, Cardiff, CF10 5NB be appointed as Liquidator of the Company.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 8 May 2018 the appointment of Melanie Reevel Giles as Liquidator was confirmed.
