Notice is hereby given that on 16 March 2017 the following resolutions were passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gemma Louise Roberts and Robert Neil Dymond, both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, (IP Nos 9701 and 10430) be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.” The appointments of Gemma Louise Roberts and Robert Neil Dymond were confirmed by the creditors.
