On 25 November 2016 the Company went into Insolvency Liquidation I, Sarah Jordana Swash of 32 High Street, Colchester, Essex, CO7 0AG was a Director of the above named Company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into Liquidation. Pursuant to rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) I give notice that I intend to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216 (3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, in connection with, or for the purposes of the carrying on the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Swash Yamanaka Limited under any and/or all of the names: Swash, Swash Yamanaka, Sarah Swash, Swash London, Toshio Yamanaka or Yamanaka.
