Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 June 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) and Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

The appointment of Michael Goldstein and Avner Radomsky of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ as Joint Liquidators was confirmed by the creditors on the same day.
