A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Rico House, George Street, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 9WS presented on 9 September 2019 by The Royal Borough of Greenwich acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies' Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 23 October 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
