"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kikis Kallis FCCA FABRP (IP No 004692) of Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0RA be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that they be authorised to act."
