Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at Revive Business Recovery Limited, Doncaster Business Innovation Centre, Ten Pound Walk, Doncaster DN4 5HX on 9 March 2016 at 10.45 am, for the purposes provided for in Section 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may also receive information about, or may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged not later than 12 noon on 8 March 2016 at the registered office of the company, 1st Floor 30 North Street, Wetherby, West Yorkshire LS22 6NN.

Claire Louise Foster (office holder no. 9423) is qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above company and a list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Revive Business Recovery Limited, on the two business days preceding the meeting.
