"That the Company be wound up voluntarily under Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF was appointed Liquidator of the Company."
