Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Cusack, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY.

The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee. 2. The approval of the Liquidator’s remuneration and expenses. The meeting will be held as follows: on 29 October 2021 at 11.00 am.
