"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Fox (IP No. 9325) of Beacon, BizSpace, Steel House, Plot 4300, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 7FP be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
