A petition to wind-up the above-named Company of Unit 5, Ball Mill Top, Hallow, Worcester, WR2 6LS (Registered Office) presented on 20 February 2020 by KEYLINE CIVILS SPECIALIST LIMITED formerly known as Keyline Builders Merchants Limited whose registered office is situate at Suite S3, 8 Strathkelvin Place, Kirkintilloch, Scotland, G66 1XT (claiming to be a Creditor of the Company) will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Birmingham at the Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on 15 April 2020 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
