On 9 January 2020 a Petition was presented to Peterhead Sheriff Court by Graeme Roland Morrison residing at 15 Balmanno Apartments, Cuparstone Place, Aberdeen, AB10 6PW craving the Court inter alia to order that Surelift (UK) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC252361) and having its registered office at Thunderton Industrial Estate, Peterhead, AB42 3EB be wound up and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition Sheriff McCrossan by Interlocutor dated 9 January 2020 allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Peterhead Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Queen Street, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, AB42 1TP within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; and in the meantime appointed Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory LLP, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in sections 135, 167 and 169 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in particular to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II to Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
