At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held by a virtual meeting on 21 October 2020 at 3.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chad Griffin (IP No. 9528) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD and Ian Corfield (IP No. 8951) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
