A petition to wind-up the above-named Company of (Registered Office) Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX presented on the 23rd August 2022 by WOLSELEY UK LTD whose registered office is situate at 2 Kingmaker Court, Warwick Technology Park, Gallows Hill CV34 6DY (Claiming to be a Creditor of the Company) will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS, on Tuesday 27th September 2022, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
