“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Giles McCarthy (IP No. 9452) of Netchwood Finance Limited, 5 Churchill Court, Faraday Drive, Bridgnorth, WV15 5BB be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of the such winding up.”
