At an Extraordinary General Meeting of SUPERIOR HEATING SERVICES LIMITED duly convened and held at Stuart Rathmell Insolvency, Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton BL1 2HS on 18 August 2020 at 10:00, the following resolutions were passed, Resolution 1 as a Special Resolution and Resolution 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

1. THAT SUPERIOR HEATING SERVICES LIMITED be wound up voluntarily

2. THAT Stuart John Rathmell of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency, Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton BL1 2HS be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets.
