At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ, on 4 November 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew John Waghorn (IP No. 009432) of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ and Louise Mary Brittain (IP No. 9000) of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 4 November 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Matthew John Waghorn and Louise Mary Brittain as Joint Liquidators.
