A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Super Foods Express Ltd (11813217) whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden London WC2H 9JQ whose nature of business is 47910 – Retail sale via mail order house or via Internet presented on 28 May 2022 by ASIA EXPRESS FOOD B.V. (A Company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands) of Kilbystraat 1, 8263 Cj Kampen, Netherlands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13 July 2022 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
