At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the creditors approved Mark Boughey (IP No. 9611) and Michael Ian Field (IP No. 009705) both of Mazars LLP, 90 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6DP as Joint Liquidators and Steve Elliott from Monahans was released."
