NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mr Ziad Matta, director of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 30 October 2020 at 11:00am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

The following decisions are to be put to the virtual meeting:

a. The nomination of a liquidator for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and distributing its assets.

b. In the case of joint liquidators to determine whether any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidators is to be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding the office of liquidator.

c. That a liquidation committee not be established.

d. To consider the basis of the joint liquidators’ remuneration and expenses.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to James Cowper Kreston, The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2NP by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.
