"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Waghorn (IP No. 009432) of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, RG1 4SJ and Anthony Cork (IP No. 009401) of Wilkins Kennedy, 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
