A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Room 19 St Austell Bay Business Park, Par Moor Road, St. Austell, England, PL25 3RF presented on the 26 July 2022 by QUEEN’S COLLEGE TAUNTON ENTERPRISES LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Queen's College, Trull Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 4QS claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 13th day of September 2022 at 10.00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 12th September 2022
