At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened on 3 December 2019, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) and Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

The appoinement of Michael Goldstein and Avner Radomsky of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ, as Joint Liquidators was confirmed by the creditors on the same day.
