A Petition to wind up STYAL GROUNDWORS LIMITED (registered no 08499952) of Dragon Wharf, Dragons Wharf Lane, Sandbach, Cheshire, CW11 3PA presented on 11 January 2019 by David E Mond (in his capacity as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the estate of Craig Millar) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, M60 9DJ on Monday 4 March 2019 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard.)
