“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) and Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
