Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 2 October 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
