Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 December 2018, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Smithson (IP No. 9317) and Andrew Beckingham (IP No. 8683) both of Leonard Curtis, 2nd Floor, 40 Queen Square, Bristol, BS1 4QP be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up of the Company and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally."
