“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Weir (IP No. 9099) of DSi Business Recovery, Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, West Yorkshire, WF5 8AL be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
