Notice is hereby given that on 5 October 2017 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Stuart Iain McHarg (“Petitioner”) residing at Glencorse Mill, Glencorse Mains Steadings, Penicuik, Midlothian EH26 0NQ seeking inter alia an Order that Stuart Angus Limited (Company No: SC202038), having its registered office at Dalhousie Business Park, Carrington Road, Cockpen, Bonnyrigg, Midlothian, EH19 3HY (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 6 October 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and meantime appointed Paul Dounis and Lindsey Jane Cooper, both Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG and 3 Hardman Street, Manchester M3 3HF respectively to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Part II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of which Notice is hereby given:
