Notice is hereby given that annual meetings of members and creditors of Strobe 2 will be held at the offices of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW on 18 November 2019 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator pursuant to Section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may apoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of UHY Hacker Young LLP at the above address by no later than 12.00 noon on 15 November 2019.
