"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Julie Tait (IP No. 23110) and Stuart Preston (IP No. 13430) both of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Level 8, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3BX be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the liquidators be authorised to act severally in the conduct of the winding up."
