Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 August 2019 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Raymond S Claughton (IP No. 1726) of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchants Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, West Yorkshire BD17 7DB be appointed as liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
