"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) and Frank Wessely (IP No. 007788) both of Quantuma, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
