A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 28-30 Whites Road Whites Road, Cleethorpes, England, DN35 8RN was presented on 20 June 2022 by WYNNSTAY (AGRICULTURAL SUPPLIES) LIMITED whose registered office is at Eagle House, Llansantffraid Ym Mechain, Powys SY22 6AQ (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Great Grimsby Combined Court Centre, Great Grimsby Combined Court, Town Hall St, Grimsby DN31 1HX on 10 August 2022 at 14:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
