Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company. Creditors who have not yet done so, are required, on or before Tuesday 31 October 2017 to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, LB Insolvency Solutions Limited, Swift House, Ground Floor, 18 Hoffmanns Way, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1GU, the Liquidator, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may be required by the Liquidator. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend. The dividend will be declared within 2 months from Tuesday 31 October 2017.
