Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Simon James Underwood and Simon Carvill-Biggs, the Joint Liquidators, to the creditors of Story Worldwide Limited, that we intend declaring a first and final distribution to non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 13 March 2020, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators at Menzies LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff, CF10 5SF and, if so requested by us, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

Non-preferential unsecured creditors who do not prove their debt by 13 March 2020 will be excluded from this dividend. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
