At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Abercorn House, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4DA at 10.00 am on the 1 April 2020 the following resolutions were passed;

No 1. as a Special Resolution and No 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Gillian Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Milne Craig, Abercorn House, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4DA be appointed Liquidator of the Company."
